When this location opened in White Marsh I was so excited. Was there opening day and was hopeful that great customer service was going to last. Well I have to say it has only gotten better. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Cakes are always delicious and I have tried many of them. The team is always helpful and friendly. Today I bought 8 cakes, the woman who helped me not sure if owner or manager, thank you so much for my new lunch bag, great service and all of your help and patience. Simply the best.
I'm at the White Marsh location at least twice a week. The cakes are always fresh and the employees are friendly. I enjoy the bundtlet cakes, they are just the right size. I signed up for the Rewards program and enjoy the perks that come with it. If you're nearby and haven't tried them, stop in and take a look. You may see me there. 🤷♀️
