Great location, plenty of parking, nice staff. False advertising for banana pudding cake bundlet. Online & in store the photos show pudding like substance inside cake however, it was not. Staff wanted to say the icing is mixed with the banana pudding however the center is as hard as the cream cheese drizzle outside. If you want to really taste a banana pudding type cake -- don't order this! The only Banana pudding of sorts is a thin outside drizzle, ps. It costs $7.75 + tax for ~ 2 servings of one cake.
I only gave it 4 stars because I haven’t tried my cakes yet they’re in the fridge chillin until after dinner. Otherwise the service was great the young lady & young man at the registers were so helpful & attentive. Great attitudes, any questions I had they answered. I realized the strawberries & cream was gone in the case but he went to the back & came out with more. DELIVERY DRIVER LACKS COMMON SENSE: My friend sent me 12 mini bundt cakes as a get well gift. They left them on the front steps. I was out of town. Nobody called to see if anyone could take delivery. Between the 80 degree temperature and the cakes being left on the front steps they were melted and eaten by ants. The delivery person obviously did not use common sense. The employees working at the white marsh location were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The cake was awesome too!
The finger of one of the ladies in the front touched my cake with her bare hand when I bought one of the display cakes under the glass. Icing was on her finger . They don’t wear gloves for some reason when grabbing it ? ? That is so unsanitary .
