Ordered a cake for delivery paid 20$ for delivery and the delivery driver left cake on ground outside of my workplace which is located in a strip mall. When I called to inform the west Bloomfield store they were full of excuses and did not seem to find it that unusual!!! Don’t order delivery from them
I love the cakes always amazing but the delivery service is not good. My aunt ordered a cake for my birthday today to have it delivered and handed to me. The delivery person got the wrong address and didnt even bother to call to get the right address. My husband had to search for the cake and he found it a couple doors down but unfortunately an animal got to it and we had to throw it away i hope my aunt will be able to get her money back. Absolutely FABULOUS!! Beautiful store, clean, neat, and OPEN on a Sunday morning (even answered the phone to confirm before I drove there)! The chocolate chocolate chip cake was rich and decadent and DELICIOUS. The customer service was outstanding. I am excited to return. Kosher-certified is the biggest bonus of all! Thank you!!
