To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. Finally tried this place and it was spot on. Went to pick up some cakes for the kids and got to meet the staff while I was here. Great staff who seemed to take pride in their job. They took the time to explain how everything works and suggested what to order. Keep up the great work! My only negative is they seem to close too early. Things seem to really get cranking at night in that shopping center and they were closed during peak time for kids and families to be out shopping. Otherwise, Id give this place an A-
First off. Who doesn't enjoy a bundt cake? Stopped in after a recent anniversary dinner. The Pros: A. Clean store nicely set up, easy to view the cake offerings. B. The bundt crew is fantastic! Inviting, friendly, helpful and just makes you want to be in the shop. Even got me to pick up a manly bundt bag for my future purchases! C. Last night Visit! Rachel was not very friendly at all. Although she was assisting someone, she clearly saw me walk in and never greeted me. Just a few seconds later, another woman walked in and was promptly greeted by Rachel. She then continued to engage in conversation with both women, completely ignoring me as I stood there. Eventually, I was helped by another staff member who came out from the back. She greeted me warmly with a friendly "Welcome, how may I help you?"
