The cakes were great as always but both of the employees looked miserable. No greeting, no smile…felt like she was pissed I arrived. The other employee who came out with my cake plopped it on the counter, called my name, turned around and left. Mind you, I was the only customer there. It wasn’t like they were busy or anything. Management, please train them on what great customer service sounds, looks and feels like.
