Good cakes , bad customer service at this location . When I walked in no one said hello , welcome in or anything . Then when it was time for me to make a purchase the young lady at the front still didn't say anything she just looked at me until I said something . Bad customer service. Not pleasant at all. .
Staff was very nice helping me with an out of town shower. I ordered on Wednesday just to be sure of availibilty with High school and College graduations. Pick up was a breeze and they tasted so good!
Izzy at Nothing Bundt Cakes provided an amazing experience from start to finish. She wrapped my cake so carefully and beautifully that it looked perfect the moment I picked it up. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and pays attention to every detail. On top of that, her customer service was excellent—she was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. She genuinely made me feel valued as a customer.
