The Uber driver text said he had picked it up at 3:19 PM but the car never moved on the map and the delivery has never been made. Coming up on two hours now of waiting —driver does not answer any of the messages and when I called the store and they tried to call the Uber driver I was told the phone number had been disconnected. So no cake tonight for my dinner party.

I thought I had placed an order on line as a guest and tried calling at 9:20a to verify it on 2/13/Fri/. No answer and couldn’t leave a message so I drove 20 mins to the shop. The lady behind the counter confirmed that there was no order. She was sweet and told me to wait 15 mins and the 12 Red Velvet bundtinis would be ready.
