I want to start off by apologizing for my wife's immature behavior while visiting this establishment. She placed an order and tried to cancel at the last minute after she found out the mother's Day event was cancelled. I explained to her that businesses didn't operate like that and we would be able to give the cakes away to others in need. I sincerely apologize and hope her review doesn't effect your business. We will visit your bakery again! Thank you and have a blessed day!
Sorry to say but this will be my very last order. I placed an order early Saturday morning before they opened and my event was canceled. I immediately called the Brandon, FL location to cancel and was told they do not allow same day cancellations. It makes no sense at all given that the order was placed today. So please be aware that if you need a last minute cake or gift this is not the place to order from. No flexibility given that all the cake are premade and they are just placing them in a box.

I witnessed a strange interaction with another customer in the store while I was there. I have to commend the staff working on the way the handled it and swiftly moved on to assisting the others customers, including myself with out a single blink. Professional, direct, and yet still very kind. Very disappointing experience with both an associate (Isabella) and the manager (Laura). I placed an order ahead of time and called before arriving to ask for a simple accommodation since my five month old baby was asleep in the car. I asked if someone could bring the cake out and was told it was against policy, with no alternative offered. Yet “curbside” is listed as an option when submitting feedback, which is confusing.
