Ordered online via Door Dash. Showed up 4 hours later to pick it up. Order wasn't there/not ready. Stood around for 5 min waiting. The lady asked to see my receipt. Then went in the back and packaged my order. So it wasn't even ready to go even though they said it was. They had been out of something I would have been screwed. What's the point of ordering ahead if you're not going to actually prep my order. 50 second time at this location that they've done this Avoid dislocation at all costs just go to the Annapolis one
This location will never receive another dime from me. I had a minor issue with the look for a cake I purchased for Thanksgiving. Someone picked it up for me. I returned to the store to see if they could fix I or replace it. Was asked to wait (after 20 minutes), the clerk returned and handed the old cake. Still a sloppy mess. We absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes! We were introduced a little over a year ago and have been coming back ever since. The cakes are so flavorful, moist, and light at the same time. The icing is absolutely delicious! Not too sweet but just decadent enough! The bundtinis are just the right size to be filling and yet also leave you wanting more!
