I just stopped by to pick up ONE bundt cake for an appreciation gift. I arrived at 4:58 and already the doors were closed and the young ladies were cou ting the drawer. The one counting the drawer in particular was a straight "mean girl" snippy and snobby...I shared that I only had one purchase WITH a credit card and she refused to be at the very least accommodating. When I asked for a manager noone was available. This store is being run by kids -- literally and need better customer service training.
The owner brings her dog into the store which is completely unsanitary. This alone is disgusting but they also had Hardly any selection. I wont be visiting this location again.
The inside is spotless and very organized. The employee that helped me today was so friendly and amazing customer service. It was my first time and she answered all my questions I didnt feel rushed or anything. She also gave me a suggestion to sit it out before im ready to eat it. I got the dubai chocolate and banana pudding limited flavors. Omg they did it spot on with the dubai! The cakes both were so moist ! The icing on the outside was perfect not too sweet. Love this place and location. The cakes are addicting. My favorite is the lemon. The seasonal ones are usually incredible as well. You can get a lot of deals through their app.
