Ok so yes it was Christmas Eve and the store was an hour away from closing. I get it. But I just wanted the 10 inch Holiday peppermint chocolate chip Bundt cake. They had several available. Mind you I only wanted 1 but the ones they had, did not have icing on them. I ask you, how long does it take to ice one? I was kindly told they could not ice one for me and that I can only buy it plain! Well what’s the point of that!!?. The staff is always so helpful and have very upbeat attitudes. I love going there knowing I will be greeted by a friendly person and all of the cakes we have tried so far are AMAZING
