On Tuesday, March 3rd, I visited the MacArthur store and was not greeted upon my entry, but was ok with this due to the employee helping another customer. I then approached the counter where the employee by the name of Kaileigh was. I explained that I needed 2 banana pudding cakes. I stated that I had a buy one get one and she said ‘ I need you to put your phone number in to register the coupon’. Today was my birthday, I had deleted the email for the free cake and the lady was so nice and still gave it to me. Didn’t make me feel ashame or anything. Super sweet
