To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. Her favorite is Lemon. I ordered a decorated Lemon Bundt cake and waited for the order. When I received the cake the Cake Care instructions tag that is affixed to the cake showed "Classic Vanilla". I pointed this out to the person who handed me the cake, he called the preparer who filled the order and she said it is a lemon cake, I just put the wrong label on it. This is a fabulous store with customer service to match! They went the extra mile to contact me when my favorite flavor was available. The mother & daughter duo are great. I even bypass one closer to me to patronize this location!
