I bought a pre packages raspberry white chocolate cake from the Menifee location. The texture was very gummy and not cake-like, at all. Per their request, I attached photos to the company email and was told that someone would contact me shortly that day. After three days, I contacted them and they offered me a store credit instead of a full refund. I accepted because I planned to use it at the Temecula location. As a person who guides himself by reading reviews, I was terrified to come here, since so many reviews are negative. I had a great experience, I forgot to ask the name, but a young lady helped me out. I’d definitely go back.
Another good experience. Buntlets were delicious
I came in last minute for a few bundtlets for my daughter's Birthday. One of the girls at the counter was quick to greet me and offer for help. It was also my birthday in a few days and she was so sweet and wished us both happy birthday with a free cake. Her name was Marissa and she made my week! As a manager of a business establishment I just want to say great job hiring Marissa
