I placed an order through the Nothing Bundt Cakes website for a party and paid a $9 delivery fee. Nowhere in the checkout process was it made clear that the delivery would be handled by a third-party delivery service. I assumed it would be delivered by Nothing Bundt Cakes directly. I like so much, the cake is so fresh!!!
Huge Insect in the cake. I'm lucky I noticed this before eating it🤮. I can only guess what is happening in their kitchen. Even one star is too much for such lack of sanitation.
So imagine ordering a cake for a birthday for your boss. Then telling other bosses and bosses family to be there just to get canceled after the actual time for it to be delivered. And i get doordash also needs to take blame. The biggest problem is when I called the lady and I will not say her name. But she treated me like because I ordered on doordash thats what I get.
