I stopped by this morning and ordered some cupcakes. They were absolutely delicious, super moist, and had a great flavor. The buttercream frosting was perfect, not too sweet at all. It was the best dozen I've ever ordered. I loved the service from the two young ladies; they were very kind.
I came in for the first time yesterday. Hannah helped me, and she was outstanding! She identified that I was new offered to walk me through the available flavors, cakes, and packages. It was a great experience dealing with someone who displayed such amazing customer service skills. We received the email offer for a free bundtlet for my birthday as we are part of the rewards program. When I walked in, the snooty Asian girl demanded to see the email. I had to walk back to my car to get my phone to prove to her, which is pretty silly that she is so trusting of customers to treat them like that. As I was out of town, I did not get the chance to read the email carefully as it is in small print of the expiration date and go before the email expired 2 days after.
