all the employees here are extremely friendly. I love that!
I always go to fairlakes one and this was my first time trying at this location. I got 8in velvet cake and bread was so dried and I didnt taste fresh at all. It was very different than the one in fairlakes. Unfortunately I will probably not visit this location one.
I had to wait over 20 minutes for 1 box of buntinis... After 15 minutes I asked if it was almost done, and the woman at the front told me," wa are busy doing other orders". I understand that they have online orders, but you need to tell the customer when they order that it's going to be a very long time if they want to pick their cake flavors... I’m sure I’m going to spell her name wrong but Hermelia was great! She spoke to everyone nicely and friendly. Got everyone taken care of fast while also providing great information about the cakes. I didn’t grab the other young ladies name but she came from the back with my cake decorated. She was very nice as well!!
Went to this location because I was in the area. My intention was to get one bundt cake. When I walked in the young lady behind the register greeted us warmly. She was very courteous. Because she was so nice I bought six different cakes instead of one. They are so good. Definitely worth going to.
