SOMEONE STOLE MY CUPCAKES! I usually never leave a review when I order from places unless I have an experience that requires me to take time out of my day to write one. Today is my birthday, and I ordered a pack of the cupcake sized bundt cakes to be delivered to my apartment to celebrate with my friends, only to see that they weren't there when I went to pick them up from the front desk after they were supposed to be there. I had such a great experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes! The staff was extremely welcoming, and the lady who helped me was super informative and friendly. She took the time to explain all the options for decorating our cake and showed us the many delicious flavors they offer. The cake itself was absolutely amazing — moist, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
We just had an insane experience at the Champaign location. The manager Sara was doing an in-person interview in the middle of the lobby while taking customers. It was the most condescending, unprofessional, and degrading interview I’ve ever witnessed. She went on and on about a 3 day trial for a job and how they are like a family so this young girl needed to be prepared for the strictest requirements for a retail bakery job.
