Ordered a Birthday cake for my son a few weeks before it was due to be delivered. When it came to the delivery date, the driver was trying to deliver to a different (wrong) address. I called the bakery for assistance and was basically told by Anna that I was "outta luck" because they use Uber delivery services and "I have nothing to do with that".
