I ordered the Oreo individual cake and it was simply gross. Icing didn’t taste like cream cheese icing and the cake did not taste fresh. I will Not be spending my money here again.

As a longtime customer, I am extremely disappointed with the cake we received today. The icing on the cake was simply terrible. The cake was not worth $40 plus dollars. We expressed our feelings to an employee who informed me a manager would be contacting me to discuss my concerns. I have yet to speak to a manager. Think twice before ordering a cake for a special occasion from this location and take your business elsewhere.
Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered 5 personal sized cakes. Only received 4 and only 2 of the 4 were what we actually ordered. Called immediately and asked for an explanation. How does someone mess up 3 out of 5 cupcakes????? The lady who filled the order said, and I quote “I guess I wasn’t paying attention”! No manager available.
