We had the pleasure of going to a beautiful wedding where nothing butts bbq were catering. Let me tell you the food was delicious! Brisket was cooked to perfection 👌 and the sausage, beans and potato salad was great. Plate was full and heavy. They did amazing! Keep up the hard work.
We ordered brisket and when I was going to pick it up for my husband. I was a little nervous that it was gonna be hard to find, but I was quite wrong! Their signage was very easy to find and it looks absolutely great! I got the brisket in the car and it smelt so good I had to try it. The brisket tamales were incredible. The sausage was great, even though I usually prefer a more course grind. The brisket had some good flavor, but was leaner than I like. Next order I will see if I can order moist. I like the fatty side. The sauce perfectly complimented the sausage and brisket. Not sure if they make their own, but it's good. Friendly people. I am blown away with the taste of this food. I was expecting good, but I have to say it was the best! I bought two pounds of brisket and 6 dozen tamales. The tamales are my favorite! Needless to say I will be ordering again.
Great tamales. I highly recommend the pork. Wonderful smoked flavor. I'll definitely be going back here
