Rented a unit here for a few months to help with a long move, and got everything I needed out of the deal. It was easy to sign up on their website, the unit was affordable, and payment came out automatically with an invoice sent to my email like clockwork. When it came time to clear out the last of my things today and cancel my account, I got a response to my email within hours on a day they don't even have posted as having office hours. Overall very easy and positive experience, would definitely recommend.
I am new to Notch Glen storage. It is very convenient for me, and so far everything has been very easy. I like the auto payment set up.
We've had one rental unit for a dozen years, issue-free. Access has always been good, and improved when the skirt area was paved this spring. The price is reasonable and now on-line payment makes it easy. It also feels good to know that this unit is unlikely to flood, so what we store there will be high and dry.
