You can get a great workout here but you can do that at any gym. What sets your experience here above anywhere else is the sense of community at this gym. It's the most welcoming, supportive, culture where it's members love to show up for eachother, and cheer eachother on, regardless of where anyone is at in their fitness journey. The gym is equipped with the best crossfit has to offer and the coaches are top notch.

After moving I was so happy to find Notch 8 as my new home gym. Not only was the entire staff extremely welcoming and supportive, but the members were extremely nice and outgoing. Even though I have only been apart of the community for a few months feels like I have been there for years. The facilities are top of line with the coaching, support, and additional services like 21:90 nutrition. Notch8 is honestly one of the best gyms around! From day one, they’ve got a killer program that’ll make you feel comfortable with all the moves called fundamentals. I had the best Coach Sheila for fundamentals All the coaches are amazing! 🤩 Everyone's rooting for each other, and it’s all about pushing each other to do our best. You never feel like you're in it alone!
