I attended to drop in session and Notch 8, and received the warmest of welcomes! The coach leading, the session was absolutely incredible and supportive! All of the athletes at the gym were more than willing to show me around and help me get set up for the workout. I felt like I was a member of the gym. What a way to kick off the Indy 500 weekend. I'm a CF coach in Windsor, Ontario and can't say enough about the facility, staff and members I met. The box is massive, clean with great equipment. Danielle was our coach and she was awesome. Ran a solid class for sure! Everyone was friendly. The wod was intense as per usual. Everyone worked hard and encouraged each other. Did a few drop in classes as i was in town for work and could not have been more welcomed or included into there close group they kept it fun and im definitely looking forward to dropping in again whenever im back in town
I’ve been a member at Notch8 for over 5 years, and I truly can’t imagine training anywhere else. I’ve taken part in every class time throughout the day—morning, midday, and evening—and each one has its own unique energy, with consistently amazing coaching.
