Prompt and efficient.
Whoever was working parked in front of the handicapped ramp so my elderly grandmother had to be lifted up along with her walker. The inside smelled like pure cigarettes and the woman working was busy fiddling with the printer when we arrived, and didn’t even say hello when we walked in.
Had a very good experience. The title transfer went smoothly and quickly. The office is a bit dingy and there is a significant smell of smoke/Fabreeze in the room. If it affects you, you may want to find another notary. Hours are Tues-Friday 10 to 1 and 3 to 6, Sat 1-3PM. Closed Sun and Monday.
