I want to give a shout out to Dayna, a customer service rep at Notary Rotary. She provided amazing customer service related to my recent order. She reached out to the manufacturer to see if they could provide a specific model stamp that NR no longer carries and located the item code for the insert to my embosser. She was able to add the insert to my order so I was able to do a one-stop shop for all my commission renewal bond and supplies. Great service!
customer service. I've been paying for a notary membership for this company for over 10 years, and this last year has been a bad experience with their customer service representatives. Not sure if the membership is worth it anymore
