Poor quality stamp that is unusable, and absent customer service. Emailed and called multiple times to exchange a California disclaimer stamp. Received one brief response that did not resolve the issue. I even offered to call the manufacturer of the stamp myself. No reply at all. If they resolve this issue in a timely manner (it has already been two weeks), I would be happy to remove this 1 star review.

I want to give a shout out to Dayna, a customer service rep at Notary Rotary. She provided amazing customer service related to my recent order. She reached out to the manufacturer to see if they could provide a specific model stamp that NR no longer carries and located the item code for the insert to my embosser. She was able to add the insert to my order so I was able to do a one-stop shop for all my commission renewal bond and supplies. Great service!
