I used Notary Pro's service to assist my mother, who had suffered a stroke, to do a virtual signing with Notary Pro. Everything seemed to go well, however, due to my mother's aphasia she miss-wrote the date. Although I should have caught this, I was not the professional in this situation, I was simply assisting my mother. The Notary who had been signing with us, who verified her signature and date on camera should have caught this.. the most they would offer is a 20% discount to re-do the entire service.
