I am very disappointed with the service. They didn't tell me how much they charged until AFTER they completed the notary not allowing us to decided how we wanted to proceed.

I had an appt scheduled this week at OSH office. I was driving 40 mins to come there. I get a call from them 10 mins before my scheduled appt - as I was just a few mins away that they need to reschedule. They ask if I can back in 4 hrs. I explained I had just driven all this way - no apology. No thank you - going elsewhere.
