Booked an appointment for the notary to help with my passport and she said she can’t that they must know you for two years . I have attached a screen shot on the Canada website it clearly states “This person doesn't need to know you personally.” So clearly they don’t know what they are doing because the lady said ooo we don’t do that and I must know you personally . Ps. My husband went not me
We had an in person meeting to deal with an estate matter . The people are very friendly and helpful and as the name says pros at their jobs and the best after about a half hour of discussion to figure out what we should do they waived the fee You could not ask for better service
