Shauntel was very professional and timely. She did a great job handling my non-standard request regarding federal NDA agreements. I called 6 other notaries and Notary Neighbor was the only one who could actually handle my situation. Got me in promptly (under 2 hours since first call) and filled everything out exactly how I needed it. Pricing reasonable ($20 base fee + $10 per extra signature). From what I can tell may be a little higher than other places but for my situation it made sense.
