Grounds are neglected. Started Fixing balconys without proper permits and when they did finish... a few days after it rain, there's rain damage, whatever they put on the part you walk on, it is bubbling from the water seeping underneath. Hoa won't fix anything, they want owners to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get things fixed when it should have been upkepted by hoa, now the hoa isn't wanting to take full responsibility and is saying they won't do anything unless all owners agree to pay a ridiculous amount of money.
