I was just there and I had my one year-old with me I had to put her down for a second and she got some dirt out of the plant and put it on the floor I asked the lady for a vacuum and she said no she had it we were trying to do a bill of sale and she asked us to go we weren’t being rude and it was extremely unprofessional never had problems I’ve always had a guy in there very kind and friendly with children there was no one else there but us she got frustrated because she told us there was a duplicate title and when I called ... read more

By far the worst public place I have ever dealt with. They charge you for stuff without telling you, and they are extremely extremely extremely rude. They charged me to look up a plate and didn't tell me they were gonna charge me to look something up, took them 2 seconds.
My experience here has been excellent, with friendly service and reasonable rates. I travel 45 minutes from Bedford county to Altoona where you can find something professional rather than bad attitudes and high prices at other similar businesses.
