While the work done was good, permits were never ordered and I was assured by the contractor he was on the city board and all would be taken care of. In the end this oversight cost me $350, 2 lost days of work and could have cost the sale of my home. Contractor did not respond to emails sent to help remediate this issue. Very disappointed.
