I just started doing crossfit and not knowing anything about CrossFit I wanted to find a gym where I’d learn as much as possible. I started going to Norm CrossFit last week and everyone has been very friendly and supportive. I was nervous on my first day because I didn’t have any previous experience but everyone was happy to help me jump right in. I definitely recommend Not the Norm CrossFit.
