Very shady, greedy, and unempathetic. Me and my children (11,6,1 at the time) narrowly evaded homelessness after she decided to rent out the house that I was awaiting section8 inspection for. She did not tell me that she'd rented it out until two days til the inspection. I fought tooth and nail to get an extension on my voucher, I lost. I had to reapply and wait two years. It was hard but God kept us through. Also I'm pretty sure this is not a photo of the realtor although it also doesn't claim to be.
