Omg! My prayers have been answered. I just met with Jackie Flores. My goodness if you have a loved one that needs assistance please do not hesitate to call “Not Forgotten”. The knowledge and the guidance that she gives is priceless. She goes through so much detail and engulfs herself with not only the needs of the client but the needs of the caregiver (me) is incredible. I don’t feel alone. We needed a PSW on very short notice for a friend who was in the hospital and Christopher was fantastic. He was very responsive and helped us immediately.
