Omg! My prayers have been answered. I just met with Jackie Flores. My goodness if you have a loved one that needs assistance please do not hesitate to call “Not Forgotten”. The knowledge and the guidance that she gives is priceless. She goes through so much detail and engulfs herself with not only the needs of the client but the needs of the caregiver (me) is incredible. I don’t feel alone. We needed a PSW on very short notice for a friend who was in the hospital and Christopher was fantastic. He was very responsive and helped us immediately. Luwam was a wonderful caregiver for our friend. We could not be more grateful to Christopher and his team! We would highly recommend Not Forgotten Home Care Toronto!

Honestly the owner of this company is amazing and his staff are a BLESSING. I have had some horrid psws from Bayshore and all the agencies in the past but this company literally matches you accordingly to what you need. Words cannot express my eternal relief. Thank you for being an honest and amazing organization. I highly reccommend this organization for everyone needing care!
