Went to one the very trial kickboxing classes when the gym first opened and I haven’t looked back! Been a member ever since. Love this place! It has a great supportive community, there are various classes for all fitness leveled and ages. From CrossFit to yoga. Something for everyone! Be sure to try your first free class, you won’t regret it.
