Bought a toilet. Installed by a professional plumber. Later the next day it was leaking. Called the plumber back. Found the leak at the bottom of the tank (minor chip). Had to buy another one asap as it was our main toilet. Plumber brought one over. I asked Bath Depot for a full refund. I sent them pictures with my explanation. They declined my refund and that they couldn’t do anything about it!!! Unbelievable!
