Ryan is a highly gifted and skilled therapist that always helped with my pain, muscular stress and overall body balance. She does wonderful work without the pain some mayofascial therapists cause. Very professional and effective, I recommend her to anyone needing mayofascial release.
I was so genuinely impressed with my first experience with myofascial release and working with Ryan. The appointment started with an assessment where she was able to identify problems that I didn't even notate on my paperwork. I've suffered with chronic neck pain for years and could notice a significant weight off my shoulders that I hadn't felt in years! Ryan also spent some time on my TMJ that provided immediate relief. I was so grateful for this experience and would recommend Ryan to just about anyone!
I was a little skeptical of MFR at first. However, after the first session I knew this was going to help my body actually heal, so I went all in, having done 30+ sessions in a few months. My energy and range of motion have increased, pain and discomfort have decreased and my body overall feels better. 10/10, must try.
Ryan has done wonders for my hip. I've regained mobility that I thought was gone forever. Her knowledge of muscle and bone function is extraordinary.
