After dealing with over thirty years of neck and shoulder tightness I retired and decided to try and find relief six years ago. Massage therapy, physical therapy, Airrosti, and acupuncture never got me satisfied but myofascial release has been a game changer. I highly recommend Ryan if you’re searching for the answer. She is highly professional and her 1 1/2 hour sessions are all treatment.
I’ve been doing this for over two months. I had previous injuries, that didn’t allow me to swim or workout. Now that I have been seeing her, I can swim and in the last month my workouts have been getting better and better. I became depressed while unable to workout, and this helped change my attitude while recovering. My mind and body is responding well! I attribute this to Ryan.
