Ashley the owner apparently stopped paying her rent and the place is closed for good with new locks on the door. This per the young man that worked there. Vendors were unable to access their inventory till the mess was sorted out. Lame. Rumored that lots of fakes, especially paintings moved thru that place.
Lots of interesting antiques.
The worse customer experience I have EVER experienced in my 63 years. Papaw & I went in with our daughter and 3 grandchildren to walk around the hallway looking for a floor lamp for us. We held the kids hands the whole time or carried them but we had 3 adults with 3 kids so each adult had one child. The young man at the counter kept eyeing us as we walked in like we shouldn’t walk into the Antique store but I/we ignored him. Lovely and unique selection of merchandise. Very friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised by this gem and will be back when in the area.
