I went in to Nostalgic's not knowing anything about fireplaces. Roy taught me all about gas inserts and even gave me brochures to take home and read. I ended up buying a gas insert and I love it! It heats my entire home and all I have to do is push the button on the remote! Awesome job! Thanks again, Roy!!
