Deuce is an excellent barber and he's very nice. My son and I have been going to this shop for a few months neither of us have had a bad cut. Book an appointment he gets busy

My son actually liked coming here! Only been here 3 times…booked two appointments one a few months ago and another yesterday. Both appointments was canceled and with no communication or rescheduling. So confused! Called and they act like that don’t know. The unprofessionalism is not worth anyone’s time.. do better as a business!

Just had the worst experience in customer service at a barber shop in 60 years. Had an appointment scheduled. Arrived on time. Made to wait 45 minutes because barber took someone right before my appointment. Felt highly disrespected. No apology or explanation. Just "thanks for your patience." As if to say "it's okay that I waste your time, expect you to wait." Then when I said something about the experience, I was told I can leave, and was told to leave, put out of the shop. Man I’ve been going to this place for years and every time the lady is in there, it’s never a pleasant experience when it comes to dealing with her when you’re not her client. She can talk and be loud all she wants when it comes to her clients, but when you’re in other barber chairs, so limited. Plenty times I’ve witness poor and lack of teamwork and it’s frustrating to be in there and have a barber that’s mad and frustrated cutting your hair.
