I highly recommend that anyone reading this NOT use David Osborne for an estate sale. I made the mistake of employing him to conduct an estate sale of my mother’s household goods, and 10 months later, I have yet to receive a penny from David Osborne, even after my lawyer contacted him and asked for an update on the estate. Terrible! Don't use this company you will be ripped off! Dave tells great stories about how he will sell your items and then pay you, this never happens! He said he was sending a check in November its March and nothing. Have called repeatedly no return calls. Not sure how he is in business.
