Meats were gristly and tough. Cooks need to be taught how to remove fat and silver skin from cheap pieces of meat. Filet (?) was so tough, I had to spit out or choke. Bottom sirloin (roast, best slow simmered) very gristly and tough. Chicken dry, bacon undercooked, not edible. Buffet items presented well, although cold. Average tasting. Overall, disappointing.
