If you go to any small restaurant on either of the two busiest days of the year (Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day), you might not get the white glove treatment you think you deserve. I highly encourage anyone in the area to visit Nosoo. The food is great and the staff is very friendly and personable. My family and I have been coming here for years and have never had a single complaint. Nosoo deserves your business. Call ahead, make a reservation on a day that isn’t a holiday, and enjoy your meal.
Made a 6:45 dinner reservation for V day and did so 4 days in advance to sit at the hibachi table. Showed up early. Took 10mins to get anyone to come to the hostess desk with 5 other couples waiting as well. Went to the bar that had 1 bartender working the entire restaurant and those at the bar. He walked past us for about 10 mins and never acknowledged us or even made eye contact as we watched him do so. as other comments have shared, we had a horrible experience. we had a 7:30 reservation and were there till about 9:15. We had zero communication from our server about the status of our food and honestly felt like we were biased against our waiter or the hostess because I wasn’t white. I would highly recommend against this place. the food was decent but not worth the wait
Went on Valentine's Day with a fairly large group. Busy day! Ismael took our orders and made sure everything was good. He has a fun attitude and is super friendly. Our chef Pablo put on a great show and the food was awesome. The place was packed and all the employees were super busy, but despite everything they were all very nice and took great care of us!
Valentines day is always super busy, not expecting to get a table but was able to get great service considering, Ismael made sure we were having g a great time! The cook had us entertained and also made sure we had what we wanted.
