Outstanding practice! The ENTIRE staff are friendly, profession, and caring. Dr. Klimczak is FANTASTIC!!! She puts her patients needs and care first. She explains options and expected outcomes. NO pressure. Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Hancock is truly outstanding. From the first visit, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She walked me through everything in a clear and straightforward way, which made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Dr. Handcock and her staff were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was really worried about my situation, but Dr. Handcock took her time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. She has great patient bedside manner (which sometimes you do not see anymore), and I never felt rushed. Her staff were very helpful. I’m so grateful for the time and attention she gave me, and I can’t recommend her enough!
Every employee that we have encountered at this office has been incredible. From the front desk staff to the insurance coordinators, PA’s, and surgeons. That’s very rare to find these days, so I’m extremely grateful to have found this office for the surgery we needed. Thank you Dr. Nachlas & team!!
