Nosal & Jeter successfully represented me in traffic court: speeding 86 mph / 60 mph zone on I-77 within 1/2 mile of the NC State border. Their service got my ticket reduced and prevented the loss of my license and a sizable increase in my auto insurance, since there is a reciprocal agreement between SC and NC.
I was wrongfully accused of a hit and run. After reading prior reviews of Nosal & Jeter, I hired them for my case. The Lancaster court took a year, but after many motions, the case was thrown out. They saved me a lot of problems that could have occurred from this case including my driver's license being revoked or possible car insurance problems. I highly recommend Nosal & Jeter! A few days after Hurricane Irma, I was driving back from NH to FL, and I got a ticket for going around an unmarked barrier in the middle of the road in Jasper County, SC. I was pulled over in West Columbia for going 10+ over the speed limit. I was hoping to pay a larger fine and no points. I had prepaid for a larger fine to Nosal & Jeter. Our son rear-ended a car at an intersection while attending USC and I hired Nosal & Jeter in the hope they could get the ticket for "following too closely" dismissed. Mr. Nosal handled the case on our son's behalf, and although I never spoke to him, April and Lauren were very pleasant to work with.
