I have known Carl for more than thirty years, going back to the late eighty's when he installed our in-ground pool. Throughout the years, Carl has provided for all our maintenance needs including openings and closings, new liners, pumps, filters, cleaners and heaters. He has also expertly addressed all our questions and issues and has done so in a friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend Carl Nosal for everything related to your pool!
If ZERO stars were an option, I would have given Carl, his team & business a ZERO. I would NEVER recommend anyone hire him to do work at their property. HE IS NOT LICENSED IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN. Carl is unreliable and does not do quality work. He quoted me work to repair sidewalls and replace a liner of an inground pool. Half way through the work, he called and doubled the price. DOUBLED. When I asked for a detailed scope of work, receipts for additional supplies etc. to cause the price to double he provided neither. ... read more
Absolutely the worst contractor I’ve ever experienced he is a unlicensed older guy who obviously doesn’t have a retirement and takes advantage of his employees and customers. His quality of work is absolute garbage and doesn’t know what he’s doing!!! He himself can’t do the work and his workers are unskilled. I would at all costs avoid this company and Carl Nosal!!!
