Such a great experience! We showed up a little late but he made sure we got the full hour experience that we paid for. Very clear directions, super easy to do. Lots of freedom and space in the water, highly recommend for anyone. Also not expensive, zero regrets.
Nelson was outstanding! He communicated extremely well and was very accommodating to anything we asked. We surprised our kids with an all day boat tour and everyone had the best surprise day. We will call him if we are back in the area!
I will say I was very disappointed with our “guided boat tour” I want to say that Nelson was very nice. There was no “guided tour” about it. Even when asked about the mansions he didn’t know anything about them. The boat was absolutely disgusting and we were never told where any of the safety equipment was located. We had said we wanted to snorkel but after seeing the condition of the boat we decided against it. We did have a nice ride out to the island and we decided to just go back. Great experience. Nelson was a fun and great guide. The segways were fun and a great way to see the city and parks.. morning time was perfect time of day to do so. I definitely recommend.
