I have been a CrossFitter for 6 years or so. I starterd with the goal of avoiding chronic back pain which had plagued me my entire adult life. I don't have back pain anymore and I am physically fitter than I have ever been. The coaches at CrossFit adapt to my needs and recovery from injury and meet me where I am on that particular day. I highly recommend this gym and its staff to anyone who wants a community of caring fitness enthusiasts to move forward in their itness goals.

The facility has good equipment, and many members are dedicated and passionate about improving themselves. I LOVE Norwottuck CrossFit! I can’t speak highly enough of it. The coaches are incredibly informed and they meet you at your level (from beginner to advanced). They modify and scaffold for your specific needs on the spot. Great community.
