I wish I could put into words how much Norwottuck CrossFit has helped me get stronger mentally and physically. Rob, Nikolai, and the organization are approachable professionals who have given me a lot of confidence in areas I struggled with before. The community is positive, supportive, and motivating. I highly recommend this space to anyone who wants to learn and push themselves.

This is my home away from home. My third space. Rob, Jane, Nikolai and all the other trainers do a great job creating a welcoming, safe space for all. The programming is flexible and always appropriately challenging. I think the communication is clear and consistent. Going to the Norwottuck Crossfit makes me a better athlete and person.

I have been a CrossFitter for 6 years or so. I starterd with the goal of avoiding chronic back pain which had plagued me my entire adult life. I don't have back pain anymore and I am physically fitter than I have ever been. The coaches at CrossFit adapt to my needs and recovery from injury and meet me where I am on that particular day. I highly recommend this gym and its staff to anyone who wants a community of caring fitness enthusiasts to move forward in their itness goals.
