Very caring staff that helped with dealing with our fur babies time to move on. The staff was emotionally supportive and very caring while giving me a clear explanation of what was going to happen while I and our pup, a 25 year old sucky Chihuahua, sat comfortably in a private small living room environment for the procedure with his final moments in my arms almost the whole time from when we walked in until I was ready to leave and take him to his final resting place at our home.
