Like some other reviewers here, I had an absolutely horrible experience here and would give zero stars if I could. The general manager, Steve Willis, is much more interested in his profits than providing any kind of customer service. Steve and his production manager came to my house and talked me into an awning that was completely out of scale and turned our house into an embarrassment.
