Prices were super competitive and the installation was fantastic. We’re very satisfied with the doors that we bought at Norwood and their entire team.
Bought 7 interior (double shaker, pre-hung) doors from Norwood after being recommended them by a friend who uses them a lot. Solid, quality doors at a price that still beat the box stores. I didn’t inspect doors when loading and we found out one of them had a damaged jamb when I got home. Norwood was easy to work with and swapped it out for me. Have already recommended them to someone and will continue to do so. Thanks guys!
Terrible service from Lance the sales guy. He asked me to text a picture of my sliding glass doors with measurements last week. I sent that over a week ago and he has not replied. When I called him he was rude. He also disconnected our phone call. I wanted to ask to speak to the manager but was disconnected.
