Great prices and the guys there are very helpful
My experience with Norwood was first class. I spent time talkin with Lance via phone and text, and every single interaction was everything you could ask for service wise. I spoke to several door companies while selecting doors for my home and Norwood was by the friendliest and most helpful!
Possibly the worst supplier I've ever worked with... wish there was a 'negative-star' rating system. I ordered $1,100.00 of pine tongue and groove for a ceiling job. The salesman said to expect 10-15% waste due to lumber grade. Well, that actually turned out to be closer to 50%... nearly half the load was just firewood.
