Awesome place to deal with My sawmill arrived in perfect condition I highly recommend these saw mills Also very easy to assemble using the instruction manual and Dave boyte's videos
I dealt with Annetta at Norwood when I called to order a Frontier OS18 mill. She was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed speaking with her. Once I received the mill, I got it partially assembled but noticed that there were parts missing. I called again and they shipped the missing parts immediately. It appears to be a well built unit. There are lots of videos on YouTube to see it in operation. I could knock off a star because of the parts issue, but customer service is so excellent, I had to give it a 5.
Recently had an issue with the engine stalling after releasing the throttle. Kyle walked me through several possible scenarios and we had the problem resolved in no time. I then called to place an order for blades and a maintenance kit, Jacob made sure I ordered the right filter and spark plugs for my machine . Some of the nicest and professional people that I’ve ever worked with. What a great team.
