Melaney Trafford is the absolute best! If not for her help I don't think I would have made the right decision. She just kept answering my questions and giving me options. She'd go to the warehouse and take a picture if I needed it. Customers like me can be picky and uninformed, she remained cheerful and eager to help throughout.
Always a pleasure dealing with the Norwood team. Benedict and Stephanie with customer service and parts are the best.... I highly recommend a Norwood sawmill.

I dealt with Annetta at Norwood when I called to order a Frontier OS18 mill. She was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed speaking with her. Once I received the mill, I got it partially assembled but noticed that there were parts missing. I called again and they shipped the missing parts immediately. It appears to be a well built unit. There are lots of videos on YouTube to see it in operation. I could knock off a star because of the parts issue, but customer service is so excellent, I had to give it a 5.
