If youre a truck driver reading this, go to the man door with the #7 on it, all other doors are locked. They have no signs up for drivers identifying wich door to use. Management, please put up a sign so drivers know what door to use.
Great experience, it Shipped quick, what wonderful customer service, had an issue with a missing piece, was resolved right away, very professional, I would recommend them to anyone wanting a decent sawmill for a great price.
I purchased a Norwood HD38 about 4 years ago. The Norwood team was great to work with. The mill arrived on like 4 pallets and 50+ boxes. The few issues that came up during assembly were quickly resolved. Over the years of use they have offered awesome support and the FB group of fellow sawmill owners has a wealth of knowledge to get you through thoes tough times of learning. I called to see about getting a log milled from a tree being taken down and I didn’t realize they don’t offer that service. However, the super kind and friendly customer service rep offered to reach out to some of their local customers to see if they’d be willing to help me out. Exceptional customer service, went above and beyond to help a girl out. Thanks!
Poor Customer Service! Went to their location in Barrie to buy a part a 3:20pm today. Was told the warehouse guys would be going home soon and I should come back on a later date. They had stock. I told him I wasn’t local. Was not able to get what I needed. Come on Norwood…Do better!
