Amazing welcoming environment, the receptionist was very helpful
They are warm and welcoming and I know my cats are in good hands. They are easy to contact by their email to answers any queries and their website to make an appointment. This makes it so much easier for me to manage rather than calling all the time. Thank you to the team!
Dismayed at the change from a local and friendly vet to a corporate outfit with all the baggage.
I’ve been with Norwood rd vets since my dog was 8 weeks old and used to always receive a really friendly helpful service, and fantastic vet care - but more recently have had some unfriendly/unhelpful interactions with reception staff so have now moved to Streatham Hill vets who seem to be more focussed on providing a friendly service - makes such a difference when your pet is unwell
Another one for the rude receptionist. 15 minutes late and told I had missed my appointment despite the fact every time we come here I have to wait ages. Receptionist could care less and cancelled even though there was no one waiting. Poor care.
